Navas Moidunny

Navas Moidunny is the Chief Financial Officer of EasyLease, bringing over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting across real estate, trading, and mobility sectors. He joined EasyLease in 2014 as Finance Manager and has since played a pivotal role in building the financial infrastructure that underpins the group's rapid growth and regional expansion. In his current role, Navas oversees the group's financial strategy, capital structure, reporting, and governance framework — working closely with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic decision-making across the group's diversified business lines. He brings particular expertise in banking relationships, financing solutions, and large-scale asset growth in fleet-based businesses. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Navas serves as a Board Member of Ripe Events, Gallega Group Holding DMCC, and United Trans, contributing to governance and strategic oversight across the group's key subsidiaries. He holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from Alagappa University and a Master of Commerce from the University of Calicut.
